what is it all about???

hi friends :-) my name is Haley(bird) & my aim is to remind you of your own personal go(o)dhood by means of authentic relating <3 who could you be if you stepped outside of the creative entrapment we’ve been forced into since we were small, making us feel attached to that same size? what if we could take all the gunk that has plugged up our emotional storage in the body and alchemize it into something new? what if we could embody the simplicity and LOVE the wholeness of all that we are? we are capable of that and so much more!!!! we just need safe space to explore that —

so let’s expand our reach within, together. we’re stronger (and softer) that way <3

offerings

  • taking the edge out of cutting! softly shaped, wearable haircuts provided from a cozy, intimate setting. come as You are & we’ll create a look for you to best embrace the feelings you want to step into.

    *hair appointments are not subject to energetic/emotional work, but are more than welcome to explore w me!

    **I mostly offer dry haircutting services as well as lived-in color; please bear in mind that shampooing services for standalone haircuts are available, but must be booked properly to allow enough time + space <3

  • TAROT + POETRY! readings with a grounded + Present approach. not really a prediction or future telling, but rather for personal development + actualization; to hold your hand, guiding you back home to You. accompanied by a personalized poem crafted through an intuitive channel network — what more could you ask for?? ;-)

  • co-creative containers we explore aiming to lead body + mind to expressive freedom through many modalities: free form movement/dance, the art of reflective journaling, poetry practice, intuitive body work (think gentle touch massage)…the limit does not exist! (only that which our mind creates - so let’s practice together in the mirror of one another & get to feeling WHOLE!)

  • a suite name for my sweet lil space - designed to engage in finding centeredness & authentic connection. i hold explorative art classes, emBODYment workshops, poetry sharing sessions as well as local art + artists (including my upcycled textile works!) & soooo much more. if you’d like to host or be featured in this lil center too, please reach out to see if it would be a good fit for your needs! :-)
